Hinterland 2022

In post-war Vienna, 1920, disillusioned veteran Peter Perg returns home from years as a prisoner of war, only to find his once-familiar city distorted by the horrors he's witnessed. As gruesome murders targeting fellow veterans escalate, Perg becomes obsessed with uncovering the truth behind the crimes, driven by a sense of solidarity with the victims and a desperate need to reclaim his place in a world that seems to have left him behind.
