Liv Lisa Fries

Liv Lisa Fries is a German actress whose career began in 2005 and quickly blossomed into a prolific body of work across film and television. Born on 31 October 1990 in Berlin, she grew up in the Pankow district and later spent a formative year as an exchange student in Beijing, acquiring fluency in Mandarin alongside her native German, English, and French. From a young age she was inspired by Natalie Portman’s performance in Léon: The Professional, deciding at fourteen to pursue acting, a dream that materialized when she secured her first screen appearance in the 2005 production of Atomised, although her scenes were ultimately cut.
