The story unfolds eight years after the iconic “Space Jam,” as Warner Brothers Inc. Studio in Hollywood, Los Angeles, gears up to produce a new Bugs Bunny Movie. In this exciting venture, Bugs Bunny Esq., who is set to take the spotlight, inadvertently sparks the jealousy of his frenemy, Daffy Horacio Tiberius Armando Sheldon Duck. Fed up with playing evil roles, Daffy is desperate to secure a role in the film as well. However, studio executive Katelyn “Kate” Houghton takes a hard look at the attendance figures and concludes that Daffy isn’t bringing in the fans. She swiftly fires Daffy and orders him off the lot, leading to a chaotic scene where Damien “DJ” Drake Jr. is tasked with escorting Daffy out. Daffy’s defiance turns into a wild chase through the Hollywood streets, causing mayhem along the way, including a massive flood that topples the Warner Bros. Water-Tower.

After this debacle, both Daffy and DJ find themselves unemployed. Back at home, DJ discovers a hidden message from his father Damien Drake, a renowned movie star who, unbeknownst to many, is also a secret spy. The message reveals a grave threat; an evil mastermind named Doctor Luther J. Chairman, now at the helm of the sinister Acme Corporation, has kidnapped Damien and is on the hunt for the mythical Blue Monkey Diamond. This enchanted gem has the terrifying ability to transform humans into monkeys!

To prevent world domination and rescue his father, DJ teams up with Daffy and sets out on a quest to find the elusive gem, traveling in DJ’s vintage yellow pizza Gremlin car. Meanwhile, back at Warner Bros., the production team struggles to film without Daffy, leading Mr. Warner to send Kate on a mission to retrieve him. Upon discovering that DJ and Daffy have ventured to Las Vegas, they take a secret spy vehicle to track them down.

Arriving in the bustling city of Las Vegas, DJ and Daffy meet Dusty Tails at Yosemite Sam’s Western casino hotel, who hands them a crucial clue—a “queen of diamonds” playing card detailing the way to the Blue Monkey. However, trouble brews as Yosemite Sam and his cowboys, who are disguised as agents of the Acme Corporation, chase them through the saloon. After a thrilling car chase and an explosive escape, they find themselves stranded in the desert, only to locate a Walmart for supplies.

Their adventure leads them to Area #52, where an enigmatic employee named Mother shares vital information about the Blue Monkey and its potent powers. Just as they piece together the clues, they are attacked by Marvin the Martian and his gang of extraterrestrial creatures. Fortunately, DJ and his crew manage a narrow escape.

In a moment of clarity, DJ realizes that the card contains an X-Ray image of the Mona Lisa. After a clandestine visit to the museum in Paris, they discover a map hidden within the famous painting, pointing to the location of the legendary gem. However, their pursuit is interrupted by a treachery when Elmer J. Fudd is revealed to be an Acme agent who attempts to thwart their mission.

As chaos ensues, Kate is captured by Mr. Smith, Chairman’s assistant, who aims to make a dramatic getaway by helicopter. In a breathtaking rescue, DJ saves Kate, and together with Daffy and Bugs, they journey to the jungles of Africa in search of the Blue Monkey. Here, they encounter Granny and her pets in a twist of fate, discovering that their disguises conceal the agents of Acme, leading to their capture.

Taken to the Acme Corporation’s headquarters, DJ, Kate, and Damien are imprisoned as the Blue Monkey is whisked away into space for an evil plot. In a race against time, DJ, Kate, and Bugs engage in a fierce battle against Marvin, who aims to use the Blue Monkey’s powers to convert humanity into monkeys. Just as it seems they could lose everything, DJ’s bravery and ingenuity shine through, ultimately leading to the destruction of Marvin’s plans.

In a wild climax, Daffy and Bugs discover, to their surprise, that their grand adventure was merely a film set all along—completely scripted and manufactured. Confident in their performances and camaraderie, Daffy envisions a bright future, eager to embrace new opportunities, only to be hilariously flattened by the Looney Tunes logo, marking the end of this spectacular ride.
