Six months have passed since the tragic demise of Charas and the gripping conclusion of Lost Bullet. During this time, Lino, portrayed by Alban Lenoir, has transitioned into the drug crime squad under the command of Stéfi Celma as Julia. However, his heart remains heavy, constantly searching for the assassins responsible for murdering his brother Quentin and his mentor Charas. Each night, he stealthily observes the home of Stella, played by Anne Serra, the wife of the elusive Areski, the man he holds accountable for the distress in his life. Despite his relentless pursuit, Areski never seems to return home, leading Lino’s police colleagues to urge him to abandon his obsession, to step away from his car-bound existence, and to find closure.

In a moment that reignites his hope, Julia presents Lino with a unique gift: a set of keys for Charas’ cherished 1990s Renault 2 litre turbo, a vehicle that met a tragic fate in the previous film and now rests in the police garage. Determined to honor Charas’ legacy, Lino meticulously restores the car, transforming it into a stunning blue masterpiece equipped with a powerful battery that electrifies a mounted front ram designed to halt drug-laden vehicles in their tracks.

Fast forward a year, and Lino has stepped into a proactive role, leading daring raids against drug traffickers in modified police vehicles. It is during one of these high-stakes operations that he crosses paths with Spanish police officer Alvaro, who shares a bond forged through mutual respect for Charas. In a surprising twist, Lino finds himself in a loving relationship with Stella, yet he senses a lingering regret from Julia about their romance’s untimely end. Complications arise when Lino receives a fake call about his foster mother’s health, supposedly from the same drug lord desiring Marco’s elimination. Nonetheless, upon arriving at a remote location, Lino uncovers a shocking truth: Marco, portrayed by Sébastien Lalanne, Areski’s henchman, is under police protection, unbeknownst to him.

Choosing to defy the drug lord’s intentions, Lino engages in a fierce fight against numerous police officers, ultimately securing Marco and driving him to Spain in the treasured Renault. There, the duo becomes the centerpiece of a chaotic car chase that ensues, entangling corrupt police, vengeful drug runners, and a series of explosive accidents. However, their frenetic getaway leads to the demise of the Renault in a fierce confrontation with Julia, symbolizing lost opportunities and strained relationships. Alvaro and his team strive valiantly to assist in getting Marco across the border, a mission that sadly takes a tragic turn when Marco is accidentally killed in a struggle instigated by Julia, resulting in a catastrophic blow to the case against the numerous drug lords and their corrupt police associates.

As if the stakes couldn’t rise any higher, a new adversary emerges: Alexander Resz, the corrupt head of the Narcotics Department, who sets his sights on Lino, deploying a battalion of officers to stop him on his journey. In a desperate bid for redemption, Lino attempts to shield Julia by taking the blame for Marco’s death. However, mounting tensions lead Julia to resign when her superior demands she falsely take the stand against Lino in court, further complicating the web of culpability they find themselves ensnared in. The film crescendos with a tense final sequence where Areski resurfaces, searching for the remnants of the Renault, adding another layer of intrigue and setting the stage for a potential sequel in this thrilling franchise.
