Stéfi Celma

Stéfi Celma was born on 9 October 1986 in Paris to Martinican parents, a cultural heritage that has deeply influenced her artistic sensibility. At the tender age of four she appeared on the beloved French television program L'École des fans, an early exposure that foreshadowed a lifelong devotion to performance. Afterward she enrolled in the French Conservatory where she honed a diverse skill set—learning piano, mastering dance techniques, and refining her vocal abilities—laying a solid foundation for a multifaceted career in the entertainment industry. In 2005 she made her professional stage debut in the musical Sol En Cirque, penned by Zazie, and the following year she joined the popular jukebox musical Je m'voyais déjà, a tribute to Charles Aznavour curated by Laurent Ruquier, showcasing her adaptability across musical genres.

Since her on‑stage beginnings, Celma has cultivated a prolific presence on both the small and big screens. She has appeared in television series such as Le Frère que je n'ai pas eu, Un Flic: Calibre Caraïbe, Trop jeune pour Toi, and La Maison des Rocheville. Her film breakthrough came with roles in Pas très normales Activités (directed by Maurice Barthélemy) and the comedy hit Les Profs (directed by Pierre François Martin Laval), leading to sequels like Les Profs 2 and the crime thriller Antigang. Celma is perhaps best recognized internationally for portraying Sofia in the critically acclaimed series Dix pour cent (English title: Call My Agent!), where her performance added depth to the ensemble cast. In addition to acting, she released the single Avec les anges in 2006, a tribute to the victims of the 2005 Martinique‑Venezuela air disaster, demonstrating her commitment to using music as a platform for remembrance and social commentary.
