As the curtains rise, the whimsical world of the Oogieloves comes to life, featuring Goobie, Zoozie, and Toofie as they dive into a delightful adventure. Their goal? To orchestrate a spectacular surprise birthday celebration for their beloved pillow, Schluufy. With the enchanting help of Windy Window, the vacuum cleaner expert J. Edgar and the dramatic fish Ruffy, the Oogieloves are determined to create a party filled with joy and excitement.

But things take an unexpected turn when J. Edgar’s amusing misadventures launch five magical balloons into the sky, risking the entire surprise. Undeterred, the trio embarks on an exhilarating quest to retrieve their colorful prizes, now drifting across the land.

Their first destination is the treehouse of Dotty Rounder and her granddaughter, Jubilee, where a playful showdown of geometric shapes ensues, spurred by a fascination with circles and dots. Next, they visit Milky Marvin’s milkshake café, where a spirited contest ignites as the Oogieloves challenge their pet fish in a spirited rivalry for balloon supremacy.

Throughout their escapades, the Oogieloves cross paths with a series of vibrant characters: Rosalie Rosebud, a pop star harboring a secret adoration for roses; Bobby Wobbly, a cowboy with an unusual gait, who becomes an unlikely rodeo star in the west; and Lola and Lero Sombrero, aerial acrobats who soar through the skies on a flying sombrero, lending a hand to recover the elusive final balloon.

Just as despair begins to creep in, the Oogieloves use their persuasive kisses to coax the wayward balloons back into their hands. With Schluufy finally awake and ready for festivities, the triumphant trio unveils the surprise birthday party of a lifetime—a joyous celebration that marks the culmination of their delightful and zany adventures.
