As Sean Floyd returns from Germany, he sets his sights on a spring break adventure with friends Jeremy Abelar and Donnie in the great outdoors. Unbeknownst to Sean or Donnie, Jeremy has secretly invited his twin sister Becky and her friend Sarah to join the group - a development that will have far-reaching consequences for everyone involved. The dynamics of this eclectic ensemble are further complicated by lingering romantic tensions between some members, including Sean's long-held crush on Becky.

As the group arrives at their campsite, Jeremy's assurances about the trip's safety seem to be at odds with the concerns expressed by others. It takes them a grueling six hours to reach their destination, but the journey only serves to heighten everyone's anxiety. Against this backdrop of uncertainty, Sean makes a tentative move on Becky, only to be interrupted by Donnie and Jeremy - an interruption that will have devastating consequences for one member of the group.

In the aftermath of this mishap, Sean finds himself at the center of a chaotic situation, as he frantically searches for cell phone signal to call 9-1-1. His actions are further complicated by his accidental texting from Becky's phone and subsequent loss of all their mobile devices. The arrival of paramedics in a helicopter only adds to the mayhem, as Sean hands over a cooler containing Jeremy's severed penis - a mistake that will have far-reaching implications.

As the group tries to make sense of this bizarre scenario, they stumble upon a series of misadventures that will test their mettle. A chance encounter with a rattlesnake leads to further chaos, as they find themselves at odds with an 11-year-old camper who possesses a drone and is willing to barter for its return in exchange for the keys to his father's boat. The group's attempts to negotiate with this young entrepreneur are fraught with tension, particularly when Becky and Sean resort to discussing the perils of penis-related mishaps - a tactic that ultimately allows them to steal the boat, but also invites the wrath of the boy's furious father, who is convinced they have molested his son.

As they arrive at the gas station where Jeremy had indulged in a dubious purchase using his phony soldier ID, the duo stumbles upon an unexpected act of patriotism - the clerk's zealous dedication to cleansing their newly acquired appendage. The scene unfolds with a sense of irony as Donnie, still reeling from the events, is confronted by the clerk, who had been deceived by Jeremy's fake ID. In a burst of indignation, he chases after them, his arrow-wielding skills leaving a lasting mark on Donnie's headboard.

Their subsequent visit to the hospital yields an astonishing revelation: the doctors have been left with a mysterious penis, which they tenderly hand over to its rightful owners. The discovery leads to a series of events that culminate in Jeremy's penis being inadvertently transplanted onto Reginald, a hapless individual whose own tale of woe is rooted in a treacherous game of deception and betrayal.

As the drama unfolds, Donnie confides in Becky about Sean's clandestine texting escapades with Chad, prompting her to summon her would-be paramour. Meanwhile, Sean and Donnie pay a visit to Reginald, now awake and grappling with the unexpected consequences of his new anatomy. Reginald recounts the harrowing tale of Sheryl's brutal revenge against him for his infidelity, which ultimately resulted in the severing of his manhood.

In a desperate bid to restore Jeremy's original appendage, Sean and Donnie embark on a mission to retrieve Reginald's newly arrived penis, only to have it cruelly severed once more by Sheryl. In a subsequent tussle with Sheryl, they successfully reclaim Jeremy's penis and reunite with Becky and Sarah.

As the dust settles, the group arrives at the realization that Jeremy must have been registered under his fake ID at the hospital, prompting them to make a frantic phone call to rectify the situation. As Jeremy undergoes surgery, Donnie and Sarah rekindle their relationship, while Becky and Sean tenderly apologize for their past transgressions.

The film concludes with an unexpected twist as Jeremy is released from the hospital, introducing his real-life girlfriend, Kendall Jenner, whose very existence had been shrouded in mystery. Amidst the chaos of goodbyes and newfound relationships, Becky and Sean share a lingering kiss, much to the amusement of their friends.
