A US Army plane is soaring over Germany’s Black Forest in 1945 when it suddenly becomes engulfed in a whirlwind of mysterious feathers, leading to a tragic loss of control. As the aircraft descends rapidly towards the ground, the crew members find themselves witnessing the feathers converging to reveal a MYSTERIOUS WOMAN IN BLACK. Later that night, Sgt. Brewer assembles his squad to brief them on their crucial mission: to locate and rescue the crew from the wrecked plane. Their meeting is disrupted by Maj. Johnson and his trusted expert, Walsh, who is charged with the destruction of vital intelligence that was onboard.

As Walsh and the team gear up, they set off into the treacherous forest. During their journey, Walsh learns about their medic, Morgan, the only African American in a squad primarily composed of white soldiers; he was included due to his exceptional combat skills. Soon, the group stumbles upon a decaying, isolated cottage. One of the soldiers, Rucker, peeks inside to find four stunning women. One, named Stria, who bears a striking resemblance to the woman seen in their earlier encounter, emerges and captivates Rucker’s attention, breaking him away from his comrades.

While Walsh sets up camp with the team, Brewer tries to reach Maj. Johnson, but instead, a MYSTERIOUS VOICE emanates from the radio, warning the soldiers to evacuate the forest before it claims their lives. Meanwhile, Stria lures Rucker to the wreckage of the plane, but when he attempts to rejoin the group, she uses her seductive powers to ensnare him. When Rucker persists, she unveils her TRUE, NIGHTMARISH FORM. In a panic, Rucker shoots her and retreats to the safety of the squad.

As they attempt to navigate their way out of the woods, the men make a chilling discovery: their initials have been carved into the trees, and the eerie sound of cawing crows fills the air. Glimpses of the mysterious women flit between the shadows of the foliage as the soldiers find themselves falling one by one.

Only Walsh and Freeman remain alive. They locate the cottage once again, and Walsh successfully radios the coordinates to Maj. Johnson. In a moment of revelation, he shares with Freeman that their mission is to find the TREE OF LIFE, an entity rumored to possess the secret to immortality, guarded by the enigmatic women. Just then, the women launch their assault, incapacitating Walsh and ultimately killing Freeman. As the last man prepares for a gruesome fate, Walsh makes a desperate bid for escape… but in the end, the witches claim victory.
