The film begins with a covert police operation led by Shivani Shivaji Roy, a committed Senior Inspector in the Mumbai Police’s Crime Branch. Her mission is to apprehend a pimp named Rahman, and she storms into his hideout with her team, successfully arresting him and rescuing his mistress. At home, Shivani shares her life with her husband, Dr. Bikram Roy, and her teenage niece, Meera.

Earlier, Shivani helped a young girl named Pyaari escape from her corrupt uncle at a Mumbai railway station, where he was attempting to sell her. After ensuring Pyaari’s safety by admitting her to an orphanage, Shivani is plunged into a new investigation when Pyaari mysteriously disappears. Determined to find her, Shivani seeks assistance from a local tea stall owner to watch the orphanage for suspicious figures. She soon discovers a man named Kapil who regularly takes pictures of the girls there. When Shivani attempts to take Kapil into custody, he is shot in the back seat of her cop car, highlighting the danger and organized crime network surrounding Pyaari’s vanishing.

Realizing an intricate gang is involved, Shivani learns that Karan Rastogi, an educated yet ruthless operator, runs a prostitution ring exploiting abducted girls. He tantalizingly lures them with promises of lavish lifestyles filled with luxurious trips and high-class experiences. Shivani pushes Rahman to divulge the names of his associates, leading her to discover Sunny Katyal, a car dealer involved in trafficking. However, the true mastermind remains hidden behind the chaos.

With keen intelligence and careful tracking, Shivani sets her eyes on Sunny in Mumbai. Fearing imminent arrest, Sunny contacts his lawyer, Vakeel, who quickly realizes the source of the heat against him. Karan, aware of Shivani’s relentless pursuit, attempts to intimidate her with threats, asserting that Pyaari has seen too much, and her life is in grave danger.

Motivated by personal stakes, Shivani, accompanied by her dedicated team members Jafar and More, embarks on an increasingly dangerous mission to dismantle Karan’s trafficking cartel. The stakes rise when Karan retaliates by spreading horrifying allegations against Shivani’s husband, resulting in his suspension from duty. In a perilous game of cat and mouse, Karan puts Pyaari up for auction, showcasing the vile depths of his operations.

In a shocking turn, Karan sends a grim message to Shivani, wrapping a severed finger of Pyaari in a box, showcasing both his brutality and taunting her determination. As the investigation unfolds, Shivani utilizes a decoy drug deal to draw out Vakeel, culminating in a violent confrontation where Vakeel attempts to destroy evidence against Karan by taking his own life.

Despite Vakeel’s demise, Shivani remains resolute, convinced that the true puppet master behind the trafficking ring is still at large. Her relentless pursuit leads her to an intimate gathering involving Karan, where she discovers Pyaari among other victims. In a raw confrontation, Shivani is seized and brought to a chilling party where Karan and his associates seek to exploit her.

However, Shivani’s indomitable spirit shines through. She escapes, fiercely confronts Karan, and challenges him to a fight, eventually turning the tables in a brutal showdown. As Karan faces the consequences of his heinous actions, Shivani’s actions culminate in a powerful reckoning.

The climax sees Shivani handing Karan over to the very girls he exploited, allowing them to deliver their own brand of justice.
