Plot Summary
In the small town of Weedsville, Northern Ontario, Dexter (Scott Speedman) is striving to overcome his heroin addiction, driven by a desire for change. However, his resolve is put to the test when he receives a distressing call from his friend Royce (Wes Bentley), who informs him that their companion Matilda (Taryn Manning) has tragically overdosed and passed away. This shocking news escalates an already tense situation, especially with the looming threat of Omar, a drug dealer determined to collect a substantial debt for the substances he supplied.
In a desperate attempt to sidestep police scrutiny, Dex and Royce decide to bury Matilda in a deserted drive-in theater. As they dig a grave, they are unexpectedly confronted by a gang of Satan worshipers led by Abel (Greg Bryk), who believes Matilda possesses extraordinary powers.
