Boyd Holbrook

**Robert Boyd Holbrook**, also known as Boyd Holbrook, is an American actor and fashion model. He gained prominence for starring in Netflix series like Narcos (2015–2016) where he played the role of the DEA agent Steve Murphy, and The Sandman (2022-) where he took on the character of the Corinthian. His other notable roles include his portrayal of 'Cap' Hatfield in the History miniseries Hatfields & McCoys and characters in movies like The Skeleton Twins (2014), A Walk Among the Tombstones (2014), Logan (2017), The Predator (2018), O.G. (2019), In the Shadow of the Moon (2019) and Vengeance (2022). He is also known for roles in upcoming movies such as Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny (2023), and Justified: City Primeval (2023). Born and raised in Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Holbrook embarked on his career after being discovered while working part-time as a carpenter. He signed with Elite Models in 2001 and modeled for high-profile designers such as Dior, Gucci, Versace, and Calvin Klein. His modelling career also includes being the subject of a Paris gallery exhibition and a 2005 book by photographer Ellen Von Unwerth. Holbrook is not just an actor and model but a man of many talents – he has released a series of poems, he is a photographer, a sculptor, and he even studied acting at the William Esper Studio and New York University.
