In a surprising turn of events, three men - Jagavar Chaudhary (Sunny Deol), a retired military officer; Vinay Sharma (Bobby Deol), a schoolteacher; and Arjun Singh (Shreyas Talpade), a recovery agent - find themselves entangled in a web of deceit and humiliation. The common thread linking their seemingly disparate lives is the sudden appearance of their images on government posters, touting the benefits of vasectomy. This unexpected revelation sparks a chain reaction of events that sets them on a collision course with their families, society, and ultimately, the very system that has wronged them.

Jagavar's world is turned upside down when his sister Anjali's (Lovely Singh) engagement is abruptly canceled due to the shameless reputation of her family. Meanwhile, Vinay's wife Suraj Mukhi (Samikssha Batnagar) threatens to divorce him for his "irresponsible deeds," and Arjun's prospective father-in-law disapproves of him marrying Riya (Tripti Dimri) for unknown reasons. Unbeknownst to the trio, their seemingly unrelated struggles are all connected by a single thread - their unwitting participation in a government vasectomy campaign.

As they delve deeper into the mystery behind their posters, they discover that their photos were used without consent or knowledge. The root of the issue lies with Balwant and Ravi, district health officers who were eager to please the Chief Minister and had their photographs wasted in corruption. Jagavar demands that they rectify the situation by removing all posters, publishing an apology, and compensating each of them with Rs 15 Lakhs within 12 days.

The trio's investigation leads them to the village fair photographer Suraj (Jitendra Joshi), who reveals that he handed over their photos to Subhaash, the owner of the print shop. Subhaash, in turn, claims that he received instructions from Ravi, the district health officer, to use the images on the posters. As the truth begins to unravel, the three men must confront the harsh realities of a system that has betrayed them and their families, leading to a journey of rebellion and self-discovery.

As the days tick by without any resolution, Balwant and Ravi (his trusted assistant) remain steadfast in their inaction. The trio's deadline arrives, but they are nowhere to be found, prompting them to turn to their superior, Mongia, for assistance. However, Mongia's refusal to meet with them only adds to the growing frustration.

Meanwhile, a series of coincidences unfolds as the wives of Jagavar and Vinay, and Arjun's fiancée all find themselves with child. Riya, driven by desperation, seeks solace in Arjun, prompting him to request Jagavar to provide shelter for her at his farmhouse. Jagavar obliges, unaware of the storm that is brewing.

The trio's attempts to meet with Technical Director Rekha (Farhana Fatema) are thwarted when Balwant secretly warns Trivedi, Rekha's secretary, who refuses to grant them an audience. In a turn of events, they find themselves arrested by the police for allegedly threatening the secretary. A sympathetic officer encourages them to file a court case, which ultimately leads them to sue the Health Department.

As news of their plight spreads like wildfire, thanks in part to local reporter Aniket (Raashul Tandon), public support begins to swell behind their cause. Rekha summons Balwant, Rajiv, and Mogia, issuing a stern warning to bring the situation under control.

In a shocking move, Vinay is transferred to a remote district, while Arjun is fired from his job. Jagavar's family discovers that he is hiding Riya at his farmhouse, prompting them to summon her parents. Jagavar attempts to persuade them to accept Riya and Arjun's union, but her family refuses, ultimately taking her away.

As the court case drags on for months, the trio faces an uphill battle against a formidable foe: the Health Department's arsenal of fake evidence, including fabricated documents claiming that they willingly completed the procedure and requested their photos be posted. In a bold move, Arjun announces during a press conference orchestrated by Aniket that they will stage a naked protest unless justice is served.

On the designated day, the trio takes to the streets in nothing but their underwear, sparking widespread outrage and support. The Chief Minister (Sachin Khedekar), moved by their plight, summons the Health Minister (Murali Sharma) and his entire team. Upon discovering the truth, he personally apologizes to the trio and awards them a compensation of Rs 2 Lakhs each.

As the dust settles, Arjun marries Riya, and they welcome a daughter into the world. Jagavar's sister's wedding is back on track, marking a triumphant conclusion for the embattled trio.
