Plot Summary

Three individuals, Jagavar Chaudhary (Sunny Deol), a retired military officer, Vinay Sharma (Bobby Deol), a schoolteacher, and Arjun Singh (Shreyas Talpade), a recovery agent, find themselves entangled in a web of misunderstandings and societal pressures. The trouble begins when Jagavar’s sister, Anjali (Lovely Singh), faces the cancellation of her engagement. The reason? The fiancé’s family deems Jagavar’s family as “shameful.”

Jagavar, who is married to Sunita (Sonali Kulkarni), also has to deal with his younger brother Anuj (Randheer Rai). Meanwhile, Vinay faces personal turmoil as his wife, Surajmukhi (Samiksha Bhatnagar), threatens divorce, unable to forgive his reckless behavior. Adding to the chaos, Arjun cannot secure his future with his girlfriend, Riya (Tripti Dimri), due to disapproval from her father.

The turning point occurs when they discover a government poster featuring their photographs, which misrepresents them as individuals who have undergone a vasectomy—without their consent. This shocking revelation leads to ridicule from their families and society, pushing them to confront the powers that be to reclaim their dignity. Determined to unravel the mystery behind the poster, they trace it back to the district health office, run by Balwant and Ravi. The duo had utilized their pictures, misappropriating resources due to corruption.

Jagavar sets a deadline for the removal of the posters and demands compensation. After some investigation, they learn that the photos were taken at a village fair by a photographer named Suraj (Jitendra Joshi), who passed the images to Subhaash, the print shop owner under Ravi’s directive. However, as the deadline approaches, Balwant and Ravi fail to act, prompting the trio to escalate their efforts by seeking help from their superior, Mongia, who dismisses them.

As the legal battle unfolds, Jagavar’s family uncovers that Riya is staying at his farmhouse, leading to further familial tension. Meanwhile, their personal lives are shaken as Jagavar and Vinay’s wives, along with Arjun’s fiancée, are all unexpectedly pregnant. Riya contemplates eloping with Arjun, but Jagavar offers her refuge at his home. The men’s frustration grows as their attempts to meet the health ministry are stymied, resulting in their arrest for confrontation.

With the media spotlight on their plight, they garner public support, sparking sympathy and outrage against the health department’s negligence. Despite the disastrous court ruling against them, which is clouded by fabricated evidence, the situation reaches a boiling point when Arjun vows to protest naked if justice isn’t served. This bold declaration ignites widespread public interest, prompting people to rally behind their cause.

In a twist of fate, the Chief Minister (Sachin Khedekar) personally addresses the issue after realizing the extent of the misunderstanding, leading to a public apology and financial recompense. As the dust settles, Arjun marries Riya, and Jagavar’s sister’s wedding is revived—a tale of resilience, unity, and the fight for justice in the face of adversity.
