In 19th century China, the picturesque Jungle Village was beset by a tangled web of rival clans, their animosity simmering like a pot about to boil over. The village blacksmith, driven by a desire to secure his lover Lady Silk's freedom and escape the village's toxic environment, crafted deadly weapons for these warring factions in exchange for payments that would ultimately set him free. Meanwhile, the region's governor entrusted Gold Lion, the fearless leader of the Lion Clan, with the task of safeguarding a substantial shipment of gold as it passed through the village. However, Gold was brutally betrayed by his own lieutenants, Silver and Bronze Lions, who had been secretly plotting to pilfer the precious cargo. As chaos erupted in the wake of a violent skirmish with the Hyena Clan, Poison Dagger, the governor's cunning aid, saw an opportunity to eliminate Gold and assume leadership of the Lions. The treacherous act proved fatal for Gold, paving the way for Silver to seize power.

Gold's son, Zen-Yi, was oblivious to his father's tragic demise until he stumbled upon the gruesome truth. Fueled by a burning desire for vengeance, he set out to Jungle Village to confront the perpetrators of this senseless slaughter. Unbeknownst to Zen-Yi, the Emperor's undercover emissary, Jack Knife, had already infiltrated the village, posing as a patron at the Pink Blossom brothel, which was run by the enigmatic Madam Blossom and served as Lady Silk's madame.

As Zen-Yi approached the village, he was ambushed by members of the Rodent clan, who were sent by Silver to eliminate him. However, the young warrior proved more than a match for his foes, dispatching them with ease. The arrival of Brass Body, a ruthless mercenary, further complicated the situation as he was dispatched by Silver to take out Zen-Yi. In a surprising turn of events, the blacksmith found himself face-to-face with Silk at the Pink Blossom, where he delivered the final payment necessary for her freedom.

Upon entering the village, Zen-Yi and his men were confronted by Brass Body, only to discover that their opponent's skin turned to metal upon impact, rendering them powerless against him. The mercenary mercilessly pummeled Zen-Yi, shattering his armor and leaving him battered and bruised. As all hope seemed lost, one of Zen-Yi's surviving men made the ultimate sacrifice, triggering a chain reaction that would ultimately seal Brass Body's fate. The blacksmith, who had been watching the battle unfold, rushed to Zen-Yi's side, rescuing him from certain doom and offering a gesture of atonement for crafting the weapon that had taken his father's life.

As the gold shipment rolls into the village, it brings with it two battle-hardened warriors, the Geminis, their imposing presence accompanied by an air of quiet confidence. However, the Lions' arrival on the scene soon turns the tranquility to turmoil as they confront the Geminis and their entourage in a brutal clash. In the chaos that ensues, Poison Dagger's sinister skills prove too much for the Geminis, and the treacherous assassin strikes down the pair, while the Lions claim the gold as their own. Later, Jack (actor name) arrives to investigate the unsettling scene and uncovers the grim truth: the Geminis met their demise at the hands of mercury-tipped weapons, a revelation that sets him on a path to confront the blacksmith.

The Lions' brazen theft sparks a chain reaction, as the governor dispatches his Jackal troops to recover the stolen shipment or raze the village. Meanwhile, Zen-Yi seeks out the blacksmith's expertise in crafting a new suit of armor, one imbued with the power to enhance his physical abilities. The Lions, however, suspect that the blacksmith is secretly aiding Zen-Yi and respond by subjecting him to a brutal interrogation, their methods designed to extract the truth from his unwilling lips. Yet, despite the torture, the blacksmith remains resolute in his silence, until Brass's ruthless decision to sever his forearms forces Jack to intervene and save the blacksmith from a gruesome fate.

As the blacksmith recovers from his ordeal, he shares with Jack the poignant tale of his past: an emancipated American slave who inadvertently took a life when a white man refused to grant him freedom. Fleeing America by boat, he found refuge in China, where monks trained him to harness his body's energy to perform feats that defy human limitation. Drawing on this ancient wisdom, Jack and the blacksmith collaborate to create the blacksmith's most impressive creation yet: a pair of iron forearms capable of animating through the power of the blacksmith's unique abilities.

As Zen-Yi regains consciousness, she joins forces with Jack and the stalwart blacksmith, forging an unbreakable bond between them. Meanwhile, the enigmatic Blossom proposes a Faustian bargain to Silver, offering him sanctuary in exchange for the safekeeping of his ill-gotten gains within the labyrinthine tunnels beneath her establishment. The gold is carefully stored in a coffin, raised high above the rafters like a macabre altar. That fateful night, Blossom's cohorts of courtesans, now transformed into deadly assassins known as the Black Widows, serve the Lions with calculated precision. As signaled by their mistress, they unleash hidden weapons, poisoning many of their foes and joining forces with Blossom. Silk, however, attempts to administer a similar fate to Brass, only to find her skin unable to protect her from his unyielding ferocity. Just as all hope seems lost for the Black Widows, Zen-Yi, Jack, and the blacksmith burst into the fray, uniting with their new allies to vanquish the remaining Lions. As Blossom and Bronze clash in a spectacular duel of steel and sinew, the very fabric of the brothel is beset by chaos. In the midst of this maelstrom, Poison Dagger meets his untimely demise, crushed beneath the relentless gears of fate.

In the secret tomb below, Silver and Zen-Yi engage in a brutal and desperate struggle for survival. As Zen-Yi manages to free the coffin from its resting place, it comes crashing down upon Silver, delivering a crushing blow that proves mortal. The blacksmith, meanwhile, stumbles upon the lifeless form of Silk, cradling her limp body in his arms as he confronts the behemoth-like Brass. Though initially unable to inflict damage on Brass's seemingly invulnerable form, the blacksmith's iron fists soon prove capable of delivering devastating blows, ultimately shattering Brass into a thousand pieces.

As the dust settles, Jack hastens outside to forestall the impending doom that threatens the village, using his wits and cunning to outmaneuver the marauding Jackals and their deadly Gatling gun. In the aftermath of this violent turmoil, Jack departs the village in pursuit of the treacherous gold, while Zen-Yi shares a poignant moment with the blacksmith, acknowledging that she has gained a newfound brother.

In the epilogue, the village is reborn from the ashes of destruction, its people safe and secure. The blacksmith, ever vigilant, vows to safeguard this hard-won peace and eliminates the telltale sign pointing to his once-notorious weapon shop. As the credits roll, Zen-Yi's expectant paramour is kidnapped by a cunning bird clan, prompting her to seek the aid of her trusted friend, the blacksmith.
