Alfonso Dosal

Manuel Alfonso Castro Dosal, known professionally as Alfonso Dosal, is a Mexican actor whose career has spanned more than a decade and a half, beginning with his televised debut in the 2006 telenovela Marina where he portrayed the young protagonist. Born on March 13, 1985, in Mexico City, Dosar spent eight formative years in Querétaro before returning to the capital, an experience that he credits for broadening his cultural perspective. He honed his craft at the respected Casa Azul acting school, where he cultivated the discipline and emotional depth that would later define his performances. After establishing himself on screen, he earned a TVyNovelas Award in 2011 for Best Young Lead Actor for his role in Para Volver a Amar, cementing his reputation as a compelling leading man.
