Andrew Dice Clay, born as Andrew Clay Silverstein on September 29, 1957, is an admired American stand-up comedian and actor. He came to prevalence in the late 1980s with his brash and deliberately offensive persona named 'The Diceman'. By 1990, he made history becoming the first stand-up comedian to sell out Madison Square Garden for two consecutive nights. In the same year, he performed the lead role in the comedy-mystery film 'The Adventures of Ford Fairlane'. His career sparkled with his significant roles in several films and television shows, including hos applauded roles in Woody Allen's 'Blue Jasmine' (2013) and Bradley Cooper's directorial debut, 'A Star Is Born' which led him to a Screen Actors Guild Award nomination. With an active acting career, he continues to tour and perform stand-up while also hosting his own podcast, 'I'm Ova Hea' Now', launched in September 2018. Over the years, Clay has proven his versatility as a performer, moving from stand-up comedy to television and film with a determination that has won him many fans.
