Andrzej Grabowski

Andrzej Piotr Grabowski, born on 15 March 1952, is a man of many talents; an accomplished actor, singer, and comedian hailing from Poland. Most widely known for his portrayal of the character Ferdynand Kiepski in the Polish TV series, The Lousy World, he is also recognized for his valuable contributions as a judge on Poland's edition of Dancing with the Stars. Grabowski graduated from the prestigious Ludwik Solski Academy for the Dramatic Arts in Kraków in 1974 where he launched his career by performing at Juliusz Słowacki Theatre. He quickly gained prominence and later starred in the play, Przepraszam, czy tu biją. At the onset of his career, he was also seen in the movie Odejścia, powroty. He truly made an impression in the year 1989 when he starred in the movie Kapitał, czyli jak zrobić pieniądze w Polsce. He gained extensive popularity in 1999, nearly a decade into his career, with a leading role in the TV series The Lousy World, which continues to air. His body of work includes Polish dubbing for popular movies like Toy Story 3 and Chicken Little, and he was awarded the Medal for Merit to Culture – Gloria Artis in 2007, testament to his immense talent and his significant contributions to Polish culture.
