Anna Cathcart

Anna Cathcart (born 16 June 2003) is a Canadian actress who first captured public attention as Agent Olympia in the educational series Odd Squad (2016‑2019). Born in Richmond, British Columbia, she is of Chinese and Irish descent and grew up with an older sister. From a very young age she secured a talent agent, appeared in commercials for Crayola and Campbell’s Soup, and began balancing schoolwork with on‑set tutoring, describing the experience as “like having two full‑time jobs at once.” After impressing casting directors, she landed the role of Olympia, filming for seven months in Toronto and later reprising the character in the feature Odd Squad: The Movie and the spin‑off web series OddTube. Her early performances earned a Canadian Screen Award and multiple Joey Award nominations, establishing her as a promising young talent.

Cathcart’s breakout into mainstream teen‑drama arrived when she was cast as Kitty Song‑Covey in Netflix’s To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before (2018) and its sequels P.S. I Still Love You (2020) and Always and Forever (2021). Critics praised her “hilarious” and “sweet” presence, noting that she brought a distinctive energy to the franchise. She also played Dizzy Tremaine in Disney Channel’s Descendants sequels (2017, 2019) and starred as the titular Zoe Valentine in Brat’s web series and film Spring Breakaway. In 2023 she headlined the spin‑off series XO, Kitty, cementing her transition from supporting roles to leading lady.
