Ben Schnetzer is an acclaimed American actor well-known for his versatility and superb mastery of accents. As the son of actor Stephen Schnetzer and actress Nancy Snyder, Schnetzer followed the family tradition, graduating from the prestigious Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London. His fledgling acting career took a significant leap forward in 2010 when he appeared in an episode of 'Law & Order', and held a supporting role in the ABC series 'Happy Town'. Schnetzer's talent continually opened doors for him in the international film industry as he transitioned from American TV series to British films.

During his final year at Guildhall, Schnetzer was cast as Max Vandenburg in the film adaption of 'The Book Thief' (2013). This was just the beginning of his rave performances. He ruled the silver screen again in 2014 as the protagonist Mark Ashton in the historical film 'Pride', receiving critical acclaim and two BIFA nominations. He also portraited Dimitri Mitropoulos, a British-Greek Oxford University student, in 'The Riot Club' that recognized his talent for bringing diverse characters to life. His roles in 'Warcraft', 'Snowden', 'The Grizzlies', and 'Saint Judy' and on stage in 'Eureka Day' at The Old Vic in London, left an indelible mark on viewers and critics alike. He is set to star in the next Netflix science fiction series 'The Three-Body Problem'.
