His career spans many low-budget cult films like Crimewave, Maniac Cop, Sundown: The Vampire in Retreat, and Bubba Ho-Tep. Campbell also explored television with main roles is series like The Adventures of Brisco County Jr. and Jack of All Trades, as well as a recurring role in Hercules: The Legendary Journeys and Xena: Warrior Princess. He was part of the Burn Notice series from 2007-2013 and returned as Ash for Ash vs. Evil Dead from 2015-2018. He expanded into directing, producing, and featuring in documentaries like Fanalysis and A Community Speaks, and movies like Man with the Screaming Brain and My Name Is Bruce.
