Cameron Diaz is an American actress known for her comedic and dramatic roles. Her films have grossed over $3 billion at the U.S. box-office, making her one of Hollywood's highest earning actresses. Diaz began her career as a model before making her film debut opposite Jim Carrey in The Mask in 1994. She followed this up with a string of successful films in the 90s and early 2000s, including My Best Friend's Wedding, There's Something About Mary and Charlie's Angels. Diaz has been acclaimed for her performances in films such as Being John Malkovich, Vanilla Sky and Gangs of New York.
