Chrissie Fit (born April 3, 1984) is an American actress who rose to prominence in 2007, when she was cast as Mercedes Juarez in the highly acclaimed medical drama, General Hospital. This versatile actress has also brought to life characters like CheeChee in the Disney Channel Original Movies 'Teen Beach Movie' and 'Teen Beach 2', and the incomparable Florencia 'Flo' Fuentes in Pitch Perfect 2 and Pitch Perfect 3. Fit was born in Miami, Florida, and outwardly embraces her Cuban heritage. She attended Florida International University where she became a member of the Theta Xi chapter of Alpha Xi Delta, fostering a love for community and connection from an early age.

Fit began her acting journey with a minor role in the 2006 Nickelodeon series, Zoey 101, after which she secured her spot in General Hospital. This was followed by a stint as Denise Flores de la Rosa, a character she wrote and directed in her series, The Subpranos. Along the way, she made appearances in Southland, House, General Hospital: Night Shift and The Middleman. Fit made a strong comeback in 2012 with Filly Brown, resuming her acting career in a big way. Chrissie Fit also wears the hat of a philanthropist, using her platform as an ambassador for Days for Girls International to advocate for menstrual solutions and health education for women around the globe.
