Ikue Ōtani (大谷 育江, Ōtani Ikue, born August 18, 1965) is a renowned Japanese actress, specializing in voice acting. Her extensive career includes unforgettable roles in various anime series. Among her best-known performances, she voiced Pikachu in the Pokémon series, Tony Tony Chopper in One Piece, Mitsuhiko Tsuburaya in Detective Conan, and Morgana in Persona 5. She also brought to life roles in Corpse Party as Sachiko Shinozaki, Naruto as Konohamaru Sarutobi, Cookie Run: Kingdom as Pancake Cookie, and Smile PreCure! as Candy. In addition to her anime contributions, Ohtani has a pet name, Iku-chan, and has made a name for herself by effortlessly playing both male and female roles, even occasionally playing multiple characters in one production.
