Juan Pablo Medina (born October 22, 1977 in Arlington, Virginia, United States) is a Mexican‑American actor who has become a recognizable face in Latin‑American television. His first major break came with the Televisión Azteca telenovela Cuando seas mía, where his natural charisma and solid training quickly caught the attention of producers. Medina is a graduate of CEFAC, the acting school attached to Televisión Azteca, and he spent more than a decade (2000‑2013) collaborating with the network, honing his craft in a variety of supporting and leading roles. The pinnacle of his career arrived when he was cast as Ulises, the intense protagonist of the gritty drama series Drenaje profundo. The role showcased his ability to convey complex emotions, earning him critical acclaim and a devoted fan base across Spanish‑speaking audiences.
