Justin H. Min

Justin Hong-Kee Min, also known as Justin H. Min, is a second-generation Korean American actor recognized for his notable roles in several acclaimed TV series and films. Born on March 20, 1990, in Cerritos, California, Justin made his foray into acting with appearances in productions by Wong Fu, an independent LA-based production company. These early experiences helped lay the foundation for his acting career. One of his most recognized roles is Ben Hargreeves in the popular Netflix original series, The Umbrella Academy, aired from 2019 to 2024. Apart from this, he also played the title role in the 2021 film, After Yang. Prior to acting, Justin worked as a journalist and photographer, contributing to various magazines and completing photography assignments for different projects. His career as an actor officially started in 2012 and he has appeared in TV series like Faking It, CSI: Cyber, and Pure Genius. In 2019, his character in The Umbrella Academy was promoted from recurring character to main cast in the second season. Min successfully maintained the essence of his role, which was only shown in flashbacks in the comic books, a secret by avoiding early publicity for the series.
