Kenneth Davitian, or more commonly known as **Ken Davitian**, is an American actor, comedian, and restaurateur. Born on June 19, 1953, Davitian is best known for his role as Borat's producer Azamat Bagatov in the 2006 comedy film Borat, and for his role as Shtarker in the 2008 action-comedy film Get Smart. His impactful performance in these roles solidified his name in the comedy sector of the film industry. Apart from his profession in acting, Davitian is also a successful restaurateur with an entrepreneurial spirit. In 2003, he founded a restaurant named 'The Dip' based in Los Angeles. His son Robert used to run his baseball-themed hot dog restaurant 'The Infield' in Sherman Oaks. Besides his work, Davitian is fluent in Armenian; he even uses the language in his role as Azamat in Borat. Raised in an Armenian American family from Montebello, California, his grandparents were survivors of the Armenian genocide. He has deep roots in his Armenian heritage and that reflects in his life and work. Davitian's love for performing arts and acting can be traced back to his teenage days, idolizing Burt Reynolds, who greatly influenced him to become an actor.
