Ken Marino

**Ken Marino** (born Kenneth Joseph Marino, December 19, 1968) is a multi-talented American actor, comedian, director, screenwriter, and singer. He rose to fame as a cast member on MTV's 'The State' and has since starred in popular shows such as 'Party Down', 'Marry Me', 'Burning Love', and 'Childrens Hospital'. His role as Victor in the cult-favorite comedy 'Wet Hot American Summer' and its subsequent spin-offs has solidified his place as a beloved comedic actor. Marino's career began with his involvement in an NYU comedy troupe called 'The New Group', later renamed 'The State'. After college, 'The State' was granted a sketch comedy series on MTV, running from 1993 to 1995. Ken Marino's acting career continued to flourish thereafter, appearing on various TV series including 'Men Behaving Badly', 'Dawson's Creek', 'Veronica Mars' and 'Brooklyn Nine-Nine'. Ken also gained attention for the portrayal of various roles in 'Will & Grace', 'Angel', 'Reno 911!', 'Grey's Anatomy', 'Monk and Happy Endings'. Alongside acting, Ken Marino has made significant contributions as a writer and director, notably the screenplay for 'Diggers' and the films 'The Ten', 'Role Models', and 'Wanderlust' which he co-wrote and produced with David Wain. In contemporary times, he starred as Streeter in HBO's 'The Other Two' and since the COVID-19 pandemic, Ken Marino has been the lead vocalist for the 'Middle Aged Dad Jam Band'.
