Leonie Benesch

Leonie Benesch (German: [ˈleːoni ˈbɛnɛʃ]; born 22 April 1991) is a highly recognized German actress known for her versatility and powerful performances. With over a decade of experience in international film and television productions, Benesch has undeniably carved a unique space for herself in the industry. Her iconic roles include parts in popular productions like 'Babylon Berlin', 'The Crown', 'Around the World in 80 Days', and critical acclaim in 'The Teachers' Lounge'. Her portrayal in 'The Teachers' Lounge' even earned her the prestigious award for Best Performance in a Leading Role at the German Film Awards in 2023. In 2009, Leonie Benesch's acting career started impressively with her role as Eva in the award-winning film 'The White Ribbon'.
