**Lily Jane Collins**, born 18th March 1989, is an English-American actress who began her acting career at the age of two in the BBC sitcom Growing Pains. Born in Guildford and raised in Los Angeles, she gained recognition for her supporting role in the sports drama film The Blind Side (2009). She then starred in several films like Priest (2011), Abduction (2011), and Mirror Mirror (2012). Her critical acclaim escalated with her portrayals of a young actress in Rules Don't Apply (2016), and a young adult with anorexia in To the Bone (2017). She is recognized for her roles in biopics Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile (2019), Tolkien (2019), and Mank (2020). Additionally, Collins acted in the BBC miniseries Les Misérables (2018–2019) and the Netflix romantic comedy series Emily in Paris. She has been critically acclaimed and received numerous nominations for her versatile acting skills. Apart from her acting career, she is also known for discussing her struggles with mental health and body image in her memoir Unfiltered: No Shame, No Regrets, Just Me (2017). Furthermore, she is an outspoken anti-bullying advocate and a Celebrity Ambassador to the anti-bullying organization Bystander Revolution. She was also an ambassador for the GO Campaign, a non-profit organization that improves the lives of orphans and vulnerable children worldwide.
