Matthew Goode

**Matthew William Goode**, born on April 3, 1978, is a notable actor hailing from England. He started his screen career in the 2002 ABC television film *Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister*. His breakthrough role arrived in the romantic comedy *Chasing Liberty* in 2004, which landed him a Teen Choice Awards nomination for Choice Breakout Movie Star - Male. Over the years, Goode has graced a variety of films with supporting roles, some notable ones being *Match Point* (2005), *Imagine Me and You* (2006), and *Copying Beethoven* (2006).
