Myha'la Herrold (born April 6, 1996 in San Jose, California) is an American actress who has quickly become a recognizable face in both television and film. Raised by a mother, Susan, who owned a salon, and a Jamaican‑heritage father, she grew up navigating a multicultural household that sparked her early fascination with performance. After graduating from Archbishop Mitty High School in 2014, she pursued formal training at the Carnegie Mellon School of Drama, earning a BFA in 2018 and honing a craft that blends theatrical intensity with on‑screen subtlety.
