Patricia Vico González, better known as Patricia Vico (born 27 August 1972), is a remarkable Spanish actress. She rose to prominence for her role as Fifa in the comedic television series La casa de los líos, aired from 1996 to 2000. She turned heads for her portrayal of the lesbian character, Maca, in Hospital Central between 2004 and 2011, henceforth establishing herself as an LGBT icon. Patricia was born in Madrid on 27 August 1972. After departing from her studies in advertising, she honed her acting skills under the supervision of Cristina Rota, an Argentine-born playwright, director, and acting coach. From 2004 to 2011, Patricia won applause as a cast member on the medical drama series Hospital Central. Here, she played the lesbian doctor Maca Fernández, who shared a relationship with nurse Esther García, played by Fátima Baeza.
