Roman Mitichyan

**Roman Mitichyan**, born in Vanadzor, Armenian Soviet Socialist Republic on April 9, 1978, is a highly versatile personality - a professional mixed martial artist, actor, and stuntman. Mitichyan started honing his martial arts skills at the tender age of eight, initially with freestyle wrestling and eventually transitioning into Sambo and Judo under the discerning eyes of Baxshik Saroyan. In 1997, longing for broader horizons, Mitichyan moved to the United States along with his family. There, he resumed his training at the Hayastan Judo Club under the guidance of Gene Lebell and Gokor Chivichyan. Three years later, he continued his voyage towards achieving his dreams and relocated to Los Angeles with intentions of pursuing an acting career. He earned a contract with the UFC after winning a match on the finale of *The Ultimate Fighter: Team Hughes vs. Team Serra* reality show by defeating Dorian Price via ankle lock submission in just 23 seconds. However, following a defeat by George Sotiropoulos at UFC Fight Night 13, he was let go from UFC. On the acting front, Mitichyan has worked in a plethora of films and television shows, including the renowned *John Wick*, *Furious 7*, *Dexter*, *NCIS: Los Angeles*, and *CSI: Miami* among others.
