Skeet Ulrich

**Skeet Ulrich** (/ˈʌlrɪtʃ/; born Bryan Ray Trout on January 20, 1970) is an American actor gaining fame for his roles in popular 1990s films, such as *Billy Loomis* in *Scream (1996)*, *Chris Hooker* in *The Craft (1996)*, and *Vincent Lopiano* in *As Good as It Gets (1997)*. He is also known for his role as Forsythe Pendleton 'F.P.' Jones II in *Riverdale* which spanned from 2017 to 2021. His other notable roles include Johnston Jacob 'Jake' Green Jr. on *Jericho* and LAPD Detective Rex Winters of *Law & Order*. Born in Lynchburg, Virginia, Trout was kidnapped by his father at six years old, moving from Florida, New York, to Pennsylvania before reuniting with his mother in North Carolina. His nickname, 'Skeet,' originated from his Little League coach, who likened his speed and small stature to a mosquito. With a history of health issues during his childhood, including numerous bouts with pneumonia and a defective ventricle requiring open-heart surgery, Ulrich has shown incredible tenacity. His acting career began with uncredited roles leading to notable roles, where he has shown remarkable range and depth as an actor, earning a spot among the well-regarded actors in the industry.
