Slavko Sobin, born on November 13, 1984, is a highly regarded Croatian actor. His journey into acting began at the age of 18 when he moved to Los Angeles to study at the esteemed American Academy of Dramatic Arts. Sobin graduated from the academy in 2007 and returned to his home country, focusing his efforts as a freelance artist in a handful of theaters such as the Merlin Theatre, Open University of Velika Gorica, and DK Dubrava. It was in 2009 he made his first return to Split, the city of his birth, with the play 'Here he writes about the title of drama Anti'. Besides theater, his work also extended to television and film. His most well-known roles include a Meereenese fighter in a 2015 Game of Thrones episode called 'Sons of the Harpy' and providing the voice for Gideon Grey in the Croatian dub of Zootopia (2016). In 2019, Sobin hosted the Croatian Theatre Awards with actress Bojana Gregorić. His extensive filmography showcases a mix of short films, full-length movies, and TV series, demonstrating his remarkable versatility as an actor.
