Stephen Joseph Graham, OBE, is a British actor and producer born on 3 August 1973. He began his career in 1990, gaining visibility through notable roles such as Tommy in Snatch (2000), Shang in Gangs of New York (2002) before his breakout role as Andrew "Combo" Gascoigne in This Is England (2006). His career on television carried his prominence further, reprising his role in This Is England '86 (2010), '88 (2011), and '90 (2015). His variety of roles spread to playing Det. Supt. Dave Kelly in Little Boy Blue (2017), John Corbett in Line of Duty (2019), Al Capone in Boardwalk Empire (2010-2014), and more.

Graham's film roles continued to expand, from Scrum in Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides (2011) and Dead Men Tell No Tales (2017), to Anthony Provenzano in The Irishman (2019), and Andy Jones in Boiling Point (2021) and its 2023 sequel series, among others. His accolades include a Screen Actors Guild Award, nominations for five British Academy Television Awards and two Film Awards as well as an OBE. In 2020, Graham co-founded Matriarch Productions with Hannah Walters, his wife, also an actress. He has been praised for his ability to effectively portray characters from various regions and backgrounds. Despite facing criticism for some performances, his expansive and varied career is testament to his diverse acting skills.
