Tony Way

Tony Paul Way, born on the 7th of October 1978, is a distinguished English actor, comedian, and writer. He might be most famously recognized for his work in a number of British comedic TV series, including performances in hits like 'Extras', 'After Life', 'Black Books' and 'Bang, Bang, It's Reeves and Mortimer'. His remarkable versatility has led him into the terrain of comedy movies, where he played roles in 'Sightseers' and 'Ali G Indahouse'. Tony did not just limit his talent to comedy, but diversified into drama, which landed him roles as 'Plague' in 'The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo', 'Dontos Hollard' in the acclaimed HBO series 'Game of Thrones', and 'Thomas Nashe' in 'Anonymous'. He hails originally from Rochford, Essex where he was born, and spent his upbringing in Wickford, Essex. His career kicked off in comedy and acting at the tender age of 17 with the sketch group 'Stay Alive Pepi'. His allure and talent attracted the attention of industry names like Bob Mortimer and Charlie Higson, giving him his first TV appearances. He continued his journey as a comedy writer and actor in more shows such as 'Blunder', 'Mongrels', 'Extras', 'Spaced', and 'Tittybangbang'.
