Anand Tucker

Anand Tucker (born 24 June 1963) is a well-renowned film director and producer who originally hails from Bangkok, Thailand. He kickstarted his career initially directing factual television programming and adverts, which allowed him to thoroughly understand the intricacies of medium and storytelling techniques. The transcultural influences, given his Thai-Indian-German heritage, extensively reflect in his diverse body of work. What sets Tucker apart from his contemporaries is not just the vastness of his work but also the varied genres that he has delved into with equal finesse. He co-owns the production company Seven Stories, which evidently underlines his commitment to storytelling.
