Belmont Cameli was born on February 28, 1998 in Naperville, Illinois, United States. Growing up in a suburban Mid‑western town, he discovered a love for the performing arts while participating in school theater productions, a passion that coexisted with his dedication to athletics—he played three different sports throughout high school. After graduating, Cameli enrolled at the University of Illinois as a business major, but after one year he realized his true calling lay elsewhere and left academia. He spent the following year in Chicago working as a model, gaining confidence in front of the camera and learning the discipline required for the entertainment industry. In 2019, with the support of his family—including his older brother Patrick—he relocated to Los Angeles to pursue acting full‑time, quickly immersing himself in auditions and workshops. These formative experiences not only honed his craft but also instilled a strong work ethic that would become a hallmark of his subsequent career.
