Christian Slater

**Christian Michael Leonard Slater** made his first appearance as an actor with his lead role in *The Legend of Billie Jean (1985)* and got broader recognition for his breakthrough role, playing Jason "J.D." Dean in *Heathers (1988)*. He garnered critical acclaim for his title role in the USA Network series, *Mr. Robot (2015–2019)* which earned him the Gold Globe Award for Best Supporting Actor in 2016 and nominations in 2017 and 2018. In the 1990s, Slater offered remarkable performances in numerous high-budget films including *Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves (1991)* and *Interview with the Vampire (1994)*, also several cult films and notable films such as *True Romance (1993)* and *We Can Be Heroes (2020)*.
