David Walliams
David Edward Williams, known professionally as David Walliams, is an English comedian, actor, writer, and television personality. He was born on 20th August, 1971 and is best known for his work with Matt Lucas on the BBC sketch comedy series Little Britain and Come Fly With Me. From 2012 to 2022, Walliams served as a judge on the television talent show Britain's Got Talent on ITV. Besides TV, Walliams is also recognized as a writer of children's books, with sales exceeding 37 million copies worldwide. His remarkable contribution in the field of arts and charity earned him the designation of Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in 2017. Besides his professional accomplishments, Walliams's personal achievements include swimming across the English Channel, Strait of Gibraltar and River Thames, raising millions of pounds for the BBC charity Sport Relief.
