Donald McKinley Glover Jr. also known as Childish Gambino is a highly versatile American artist known for his work not only as an actor but also as a comedian, singer, rapper and filmmaker. Glover began his career in 2004 after completing his education at New York University. He initially gained fame playing the role of Troy Barnes on the NBC sitcom Community and has been a part of notable projects including the FX series 'Atlanta', stand-up comedy and music, under the name Childish Gambino. His fame climbed up further as he co-created the comedy thriller television series Swarm and created, and starred in, the Prime Video series Mr. & Mrs. Smith. Apart from acting, Glover is also an accomplished singer with his debut studio album 'Camp' in 2011 being critical and commercial success. His fourth album 3.15.20 was released in 2020. The following years he released Atavista, a reworking of 3.15.20, and his fifth album Bando Stone & the New World. He is also credited as a principal inspiration for the creation of the Marvel Comics superhero Miles Morales / Spider-Man, whom Glover has briefly voiced in the animated series Ultimate Spider-Man.
