She is an american actress, singer and author, known for films like 'Cocktail,' 'Showgirls,' 'Face/Off,' 'Killer Joe,' and 'House of Versace'. She has also had supporting roles in TV series like FX's 'Rescue Me' and HBO's 'How to Make It in America'. She is also known for the role of Jughead's mom, Gladys Jones, in The CW series 'Riverdale' and Jeanie Bloom in NBC's 'New Amsterdam'. Gershon also has recurring roles in popular shows and guest appearances in various series like HBO's comedy series 'Curb Your Enthusiasm', and 'How to Make It in America', as well voicing roles in animated series like 'Tripping the Rift'. Beyond acting, Gershon has also shined in the music industry, contributing her jaw harp talents to a variety of songs and releasing her own album. She has also written a children's book with her brother Dann called 'Camp Creepy Time' and a book titled 'In Search of Cleo: How I Found My Pussy and Lost My Mind'.
