Isla Fisher

Isla Lang Fisher, popularly known as **Isla Fisher**, is an accomplished Australian actress. She was born in Oman to Scottish parents who later moved with her to Australia during her childhood. Fisher kickstarted her acting career with television commercials, eventually gaining prominence for her role of Shannon Reed on the Australian soap opera Home and Away (1994–1997), which earned her two Logie Award nominations. She broke into Hollywood by playing a support role in Scooby-Doo (2002) and has since delivered memorable performances in movies such as Wedding Crashers (2005), Wedding Daze (2006), Confessions of a Shopaholic (2009), and The Great Gatsby (2013) among others.
