Born on January 13, 1978, she launched her professional wrestling career with Women of Wrestling in the early 2000s, using the ring name Delta Lotta Pain. As a key member of the tag team Caged Heat, she became recognized as a formidable figure in the wrestling community. She later transitioned into the world of stunts and acting, earning over 100 film, television, and commercial credits. Her work features a broad range of stunts, from fight scenes, stair falls, high-speed stunt driving, to fire burns and more. Among the top actresses she has doubled for are Viola Davis, Oprah Winfrey, and Queen Latifah.
