Steve Coulter

Steve Coulter is an exemplary figure in the world of motor racing. He is renowned for his past role as the team owner in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. With his exceptional leadership and strategic vision, his team, Xpress Motorsports, had the honor of winning the Truck Series championship for two consecutive years in 2002 and 2003.
