**Sufe Bradshaw** (pronounced SOO-fee) is a highly acclaimed American actress, humanitarian, activist, and documentary filmmaker. She gained widespread recognition for her role as Sue, the secretary and scheduler with an acerbic wit, to Vice President Selina Meyer, in the HBO comedy series *Veep*. This was a prominent role that undoubtedly marked her as a staple in the comedy television industry. Beyond *Veep*, her acting portfolio is also impressive with guest roles in popular TV shows like *Prison Break*, *Mind of Mencia*, *Southland*, *Cold Case*, and *FlashForward*. She also had a minor role in the 2009 feature film *Star Trek*. She's not just limited to acting, Bradshaw's talent extends to behind the scenes as a documentary filmmaker with her project *New Leaves*, which is currently in development. *New Leaves* promises to be a significant work that examines the experiences of children growing up in impoverished or underprivileged urban neighborhoods.
