Tanya van Graan (born 13 December 1983) is an accomplished South African actress, singer and model. Highly recognized for her impressive and compelling performances, she has appeared in a variety of roles in both local South African productions and international films. Notable amongst her work is her roles in films like Zulu and Starship Troopers 3: Marauder. Being a personality of striking aesthetics, she was also termed FHM's Sexiest Woman at the 2007 FHM 100 Sexiest Women in the World bash held in Johannesburg. Her career extends beyond acting, into modeling and singing, evidencing her diverse talents. Van Graan made quite a stir with her enactment of Sergeant A. Sunday in the science fiction film Starship Troopers 3: Marauder, a movie by Edward Neumeier, where she starred alongside Jolene Blalock and Casper Van Dien. In 2010, Van Graan graced the horror comedy scene by playing 'Lily' in Lost Boys: The Thirst, sharing screen with Tanit Phoenix and Corey Feldman. That same year, she depicted Holly in the action sequence Death Race 2, and collaborated again with Tanit Phoenix. Her role extended to the sequel, Death Race 3: Inferno, released in 2013, where she stepped into the shoes of Amber, sharing screen with Luke Goss, Danny Trejo and Ving Rhames. In 2013, she also starred in the thriller movie Zulu, directed by Jérôme Salle, alongside well-known actors Orlando Bloom and Forest Whitaker.
