Feeling an unsettling vibe, Mori overhears Rocky and Colt expressing their desire to abandon their summer exploits at the year’s end. Tum-Tum’s mother, Jessica, remains perplexed by her son’s gloomy demeanor. The next day, an unexpected turn of events occurs when Amanda, a new neighbor, unexpectedly crashes her remote-controlled helicopter into their window. In a show of goodwill, Jessica invites Amanda for breakfast and agrees to attend Tum-Tum’s upcoming birthday bash at Mega Mountain, an amusement park inspired by Six Flags.

Upon arrival at the amusement park, Rocky opts to spend quality time with his girlfriend, Jennifer, along with her friends, Veronica, Eric, and Doyle, while Tum-Tum persuades Colt to join him for a show. However, their amusement is abruptly interrupted when the cunning Mary Ann “Medusa” Rogers, portrayed by Loni Anderson, infiltrates the park, disabling numerous rides and asserting dominance over the facility. She demands a staggering $10 million from the park owner, Harry Jacobsons, threatening dire consequences for the guests unless her conditions are met. In the chaos, Tum-Tum and Colt attempt to secure an autograph from Dave but end up witnessing his capture at the hands of Medusa’s henchmen.

Realizing the extent of the crisis, Rocky locates his brothers and Amanda, thanks to the surveillance cameras. The group swiftly decides to take heroic action, informing Dave about the dire situation, who promptly springs into action. Despite their attempts to reach out to emergency services, they discover the radio system is down. While the police and firefighters rush to assist, they fall prey to Medusa’s ambush. In retaliation, she instructs her Jamaican sidekick, C.J., to speed up the Avalanche ride, leading the boys and Amanda to venture into the fray, fighting Medusa’s henchmen using the tech-savviness of Amanda’s laptop.

In a clever move, Medusa dispatches her dim-witted nephews—Carl, Buelow, and Zed—to capture Rocky and Jennifer. However, the resourceful pair skillfully outmaneuvers them by utilizing their ninja skills and cleverly engaging with the park’s carnival games. Meanwhile, Dave attempts to infiltrate the command center but is quickly captured by Medusa’s henchmen. The SWAT team arrives, ready to breach the perimeter, but they fall victim to a trap set by the mercenaries, complete with electrifying setbacks.

Simultaneously, Amanda hacks into the park’s central control systems, locking down access to rides while C.J. struggles to regain control. Medusa seizes the opportunity to engage the emergency brake of the Zinger roller coaster, halting the ride mid-inversion. Dave bravely attempts to thwart Medusa but ends up subdued and imprisoned alongside many unsuspecting park visitors.

As the stakes rise, Rocky and Jennifer face their own peril when captured by Medusa’s clueless nephews, who bind them to the Zinger’s loop tracks. Medusa revels in her captives’ distress, broadcasting threats of annihilation if they don’t cooperate. Unfazed, Rocky embarks on a daring rescue mission for Jennifer.

Meanwhile, Medusa sends her formidable second-in-command, Lothar Zogg, to thwart the boys’ endeavors. However, Dave, regaining his confidence, fights back against the guards, liberating trapped guests in the process. Just as Rocky arrives to save Jennifer, he finds himself embroiled in a fierce battle with Lothar, culminating in an epic clash atop the roller coaster’s loop.
