At just fifteen years old, Allah Rakhi, portrayed by Samiya Mumtaz, was married off to the significantly older tribal chieftain, Daulat Khan, played by Asif Khan. She was taken from her family in Lahore and relocated to the mountains where he ruled. Now, two decades have slipped by, and Daulat Khan finds himself with a chance to broker peace with his rival, Tor Gul, portrayed by Abdullah Jaan. The arrangement entails that Tor Gul marry Daulat Khan’s ten-year-old daughter, Zainab, played by Saleha Aref.

Tormented by the haunting thought that her daughter’s fate may mirror her own, Allah Rakhi resolves to escape with young Zainab, who remains blissfully unaware of the peril they face. As they are pursued by the menacing armies of both Daulat Khan and Tor Gul, Allah Rakhi understands that her visibility as a lone woman on the mountain roads makes her a prime target. In a desperate plunge towards freedom, she manages to sneak onto a truck.

Once discovered, Allah Rakhi cleverly leads a sympathetic truck driver, Sohail, played by Mohib Mirza, to believe her predicament is less dire than it truly is. However, upon learning the truth behind Allah Rakhi’s harrowing escape, Sohail is faced with a crucial decision: whether to risk his own safety to help her and her daughter find refuge in Lahore.

“I won’t let history repeat itself.”
